3. How do I find a specific item?

If you know what you are looking for, you can search for the product by clicking on the corresponding category, or search by product name or keyword in the magnifying glass icon on the top right side of the page, which is our search tool.

4. How do I know if the product is available in stock?

Most items shown in stock are available in stock. When you open the product page and the “Buy” button is available, this means that the product is in stock.
If the desired product is grayed out and with the phrase “back soon”, this means that the desired product is unfortunately no longer available at the moment, it is being produced and should be back in stock soon. As our products are produced on demand, the “Notify us when available” button serves to understand the need for the quantity of stock to be produced. 5. What payment methods are accepted by Mil Linhas?

We accept all major credit card brands, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Elo and Diners Club.
For card purchases, we pay in up to 10 interest-free installments, with the minimum installment being R$100.00/ We also accept payment in cash by bank slip, pix or even bank transfer for purchases by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
For cash purchases (pix, transfer), we offer a 10% discount.

6. How will I know if Mil Linhas received my order correctly?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been approved. If you have chosen to pay by bank slip, you will receive an email informing you that we have received your order, but that we are waiting for the payment to be identified.
In this case, after we identify the payment of the invoice, you will receive a new email informing you that your order has been correctly processed. You will then receive a new email informing you that your order has been invoiced: this means that someone is closing your package with all the love and care and that it will soon be shipped. Then, when your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email informing you that your purchase is on its way. Finally, we will let you know when your order has been delivered.
