It all starts with an exciting benchmarking journey! We scour the market to identify trends, the mood of the season and the tastes of our beloved customers. This way, we can choose the theme that best suits you and promises to rock!
2. Collection Building Phase: The Magic of Creation
With the topic in hand, our team takes action. The talented artisans from the time of creation come together to shape the shapes of the bags that make up part of our collection. It's a magical moment, where we explore all possibilities to bring unique products.
3. Prototyping Phase: Getting your hands dirty
Time to turn ideas into reality! Each bag model is brought to life by our skilled artisans. We use raw materials that we already have in stock and we also look for new materials to create even more special products.
4. Material and Core Choice Phase: The Final Touch
At this stage, we dedicate time to researching the best materials available in our stock and on the market. We want to ensure that each bag is unique and charming, so we handpick each material and color that will be part of our collection.
5. Pilot Approval Phase: Everything Perfect!
After two months of dedication to producing pilots, we have reached the crucial moment. We gathered our team and approved the pilot pieces that will delight you. We decide how many units we will produce, what colors will be offered and all the finishes and trims that will make our bags even more special.
6. Production: From Heart to Reality
The production of our beloved bags takes around 30 days. Once the pilots are ready, the process becomes more agile. At this point, we analyze whether we need to expand production. To achieve this, we have partnerships with talented and self-employed artisans from various regions of Brazil. We supply the raw materials and they bring each piece to life with all the care and skill.
And we have a very special detail: our bags are produced on demand at our points of sale. This means that we avoid wasted materials and accumulated stock, making each bag unique and exclusive!
